Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur a fee.
Late cancellations & no-shows
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the appointment value. This policy applies to all clients.
How to cancel
All cancellations must be made through the Fresha app.
Booking requirement
A valid debit/credit card must be added when booking. No upfront deposit is taken.
Payment
Cashless payments only.

To our wonderful and most valued clients,
Now proudly operating in six countries worldwide (with more on the way!), we’ve recognized the importance of implementing a unified booking system throughout our locations around the globe and will begin this transition in the coming months. This change will not only streamline operations for our global team of talented stylists, but will also make it easier for our clients—who travel the world to visit multiple Assort Group salons—to enjoy seamless, top-tier service no matter which location they come to :)
As such, we will be transitioning to the new booking system (Fresha) beginning this upcoming January 1st, 2026.

Assort New York
Just a couple of more days until our re-opening of Assort New York!
We’ll be having a few more stylists join our team by the end of this year, but for now it’ll be the 2 of us👍
Senior Stylist @jinmurano is an expert will all hair designs but specializes in bleach process hair coloring and straightening applications.
Assort New York will be the only location in Assort Group Salons to provide Keratin treatments and Brazilian Blowouts.
